Facebook? why?

Facebook..I used to call it in Malay, "bukumuka" years ago...

Yesterday, I saw a status said something like "Please think before you post anything, because your status or post could show that whether you're an intelligent person or just 'having-fun-all-the-time" person".. There's a comment that captured my eyes while reading it, he wrote something like this (I summarized it here).. "you can write whatever you want as it is your status, your feeling, what you want to say here is totally yours...It's up to you to write something serious, something cool, something "less-intelligent (not stupid)"...blablabla..

Man, I agree with you!

Facebook or bukumuka? why is it called Facebook? It's because, Facebook is 2 different things:

Face = hidden 1001 secrets, 1001 feelings, 1001 expressions...even when you sad, you can still smile (according to our mind-instruction) to avoid other people to feel the sadness..How amazing is our face, right? Syukur..

Book = thing that recorded all the things happen in this life, through writing... Without book, its difficult for us to keep the memories alive..right? Ok, maybe some people can still argue that we still have papers to write on, tissue, on a tree, yes, of course you can, but nothing would beat the power of a book..am I right? There's a 'story' in book that you would love to read, not on a tree!? =)

So,

Facebook is all yours to express your feelings, secrets, whatsoever through writing, as long as you know your limits, not to hurt others feelings, then, there shouldn't be anyone to stop you from 'writing' your own 'feelings' inside your Face+Book...
